- Skill in operating personal computer utilizing a variety of computer software, and other office equipment and systems.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with other employees.
- Ability to work directly with the public, providing information and assistance on a daily basis.
- Ability to learn human resource regulations and requirements.
- Ability/willingness to learn and pass on to guests those areas of interest to visitors, such as local history, people, culture, geography, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six (6) months of lead/supervisory clerical experience.
- Two (2) years of journey level bookkeeping experience; OR
- Associate’s degree in accounting or bookkeeping may substitute for one year of experience.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Drug testing may be required.
Preferred Qualifications (education, experience, skills):
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping; AND
- Three (3) years of bookkeeping experience.
- Current CPR and first aid certifications.
Working Conditions
Standard office environment as part of an aerial tramway and lift operation at a 1800 ft. elevation; constant exposure to extreme heights, and periodic exposure to dangerous equipment during emergency evacuations or power failures. There is constant public interaction and communication. The Tram is a non-smoking facility with designated outside smoking areas.
