Summary:
The Substitute Caretaker provides temporary, on-site support to the Hobart Bay Caretaker and Lands Manager, assuming responsibility for the maintenance, operation, and safety of the Hobart Bay. This position ensures continuity of property management, and infrastructure upkeep. The Substitute Caretaker operates independently while maintaining the safety, functionality, and environmental stewardship of the property.
This role is intended for infrequent, as‑needed support, which may include coverage for approximately 20–30 days during peak periods such as March and/or April, as well as occasional short‑notice assignments throughout the year.
